HubSpot data, where you need it

Bidirectional HubSpot ↔ Database sync

Connect a HubSpot portal to your own database, map fields both ways, and let Synchr keep every record consistent — on a schedule you control, with conflict handling and complete run logs.

Free plan includes 1,000 synced objects per month. No credit card required.

Works with the databases you already run

  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
  • BigQuery

How it works

From zero to a running sync in three steps.

  1. 1

    Connect

Add your HubSpot portal with a Private App token — the exact scope list is shown, copy-pasteable. Then connect your database with a built-in connection test before anything is saved.

  2. 2

    Map

Pick an object and a table, choose the sync direction, and map fields side by side with auto-suggestions. Preview everything with a dry run on 10 sample objects — nothing is written.

  3. 3

    Schedule

Choose a cron interval that fits your plan — or trigger a run manually any time. Synchr keeps both sides consistent from then on and logs every single change.

Built for real sync workloads

Not a one-way CSV export. A proper two-way engine with the controls to run it safely.

Any unique key property

Match records on any unique HubSpot property and any unique database column — not just record ID or email. Uniqueness is sampled and you're warned before problems happen.

Field mapping & transforms

Map HubSpot properties to columns row by row with auto-suggest and type-coercion display. Apply per-field transforms: trim, lowercase, uppercase, date formatting.

Conflict strategies

When both sides change the same record, you decide the outcome: latest wins, HubSpot wins, or database wins. Every conflict is logged with both sides shown.

Rate-limit control

Set requests-per-10-seconds per HubSpot connection, up to 150/10s. Synchr stays inside your portal's API budget so your other integrations keep working.

Run logs & CSV export

Every run records read / created / updated / skipped / failed / conflict counters, a filterable event stream, and per-object errors with key values. Export any run to CSV.

Multi-user & 2FA

Invite your team with owner, admin, and member roles. Protect every login with named TOTP devices and recovery codes. Active sessions are visible and revocable.

Security first

Your credentials and your customers' data are treated like they matter — because they do.

AES-256-GCM at rest

HubSpot tokens and database credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they ever touch disk, and masked everywhere in the UI after saving.

TOTP two-factor auth

Add multiple named authenticator devices per user, with one-time recovery codes. 2FA status is visible per user, and mandatory for platform administrators.

Hosted in the EU

All infrastructure runs in European data centers. Your synced data stays within EU jurisdiction end to end.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a synchronized object?

A synchronized object is one unique record (a contact, company, deal, ticket or custom object) that Synchr reads or writes during your billing period. Usage is counted over a rolling month anchored to your subscription date — each unique object counts once per period, no matter how many times it changes or how many runs touch it. Sync the same 5,000 contacts every hour all month and you've used 5,000 objects, not millions.

How do I connect HubSpot? Do I need a developer?

No developer needed. Create a Private App in your HubSpot portal, grant it the scopes Synchr lists on the connection form (shown grouped and copy-pasteable), and paste the token. Synchr validates the token, shows your portal ID, and probes scope coverage per object type — any missing scopes appear as clear warnings on the connection card.

What happens if I hit my object limit?

The running sync stops with a limit reached status and you're notified with a banner when you cross 80% and 100% of your limit. Nothing is deleted and your mappings stay intact. Syncs resume automatically when the next rolling period starts, or immediately if you upgrade your plan or stack a +1,000,000 objects add-on.

How does bidirectional sync handle conflicts?

When the same record changed on both sides since the last run, your mapping's conflict strategy decides: latest wins (most recent edit), HubSpot wins, or database wins. Every conflict is recorded in the run log with both versions shown, so you can always audit what was chosen and why.

How often can syncs run?

Depends on your plan: Free runs weekly, daily or every 8 hours; Starter adds 6-hour, Pro adds 4-hour, and Enterprise adds hourly schedules. Need more? The 15-minute cron add-on is available on any paid plan. A manual "Run now" is always available on every plan, and manual runs count toward usage like any other.

What happens when my paid subscription expires?

You get reminder banners and emails 14, 7 and 1 day before expiration. After expiry there's a 7-day grace period; if it lapses, syncs pause — but your connections, mappings and all synced data remain fully intact. Renew and everything picks up exactly where it left off. The Free plan never expires.
